Earthquake in Israel - confirms Signs of the Times
At 10:16 this morning strong tremors rocked the city of Jerusalem, sending pedestrians scurrying and jamming phone lines as worried residents called police to ask what was happening. The earthquake was felt in Tel Aviv as well where some skyscrapers were evacuated for fear of more tremors.
Latest reports are that it was felt clearly from the far north of the country, including upper Galilee and the Lebanese border, through the Sharon region north of Tel Aviv, all the way to Jerusalem and the Dead Sea, on the Jordanian border.
The epicenter of the quake is reported to have been at the north end of the Dead Sea and registered above 5.0 on the Richter scale according to European seismologists monitoring the African-Asian fault called the Great Rift Valley.

1. KNESSET CRACKS
After a minor earthquake registering 5 on the Richter scale, was felt throughout the land of
Israel, the only visible damage that has thus been reported are cracks in the Knesset wall and foundation. The most visible cracks are in Sharon’s office.
Voice of Judea Commentary:
The people of Israel remain silent as Sharon and his comrades in the Knesset continue to defy Israeli public opinion with dubious plans to make a unilateral surrender of Jewish land, thus rewarding the Arabs for their savage terrorism. Sharon hears not the warnings of his own Intelligence Chiefs who continue to explain that the Arab world will interpret Israel’s retreat as a victory for terrorism and that this will cause an increase in terrorism in other parts of Israel.
Sharon hears not the warnings of his military experts. Sharon does not pay much attention to public opinion or to the basic security needs of Israel. Sharon ignores the Biblical prohibition against surrendering G-d given Jewish land. The Rabbis and the people of Israel remain silent. Instead of us shaking the Knesset and shaking the heavens to rid us of the tyrants who continue to sell out Israel, we wait for miracles and signs from Heaven. Well, here is a sign for the mystical nation that waits for Divine signs. The walls and very foundation of the Knesset were exclusively singled out in this rare earthquake. Will this shake up Sharon? Will this shake up the nation of Israel?
The whole nation of Israel from Dan to Beersheba felt the earth shaking under their feet. Our hearts all stopped for a moment as we asked ourselves, “Is it a bomb? Will this building come crashing on all of us?
What could we do? What should we do? We should all stop for a moment again and try and recapture that minute of the “blast”. And we should all pledge to do everything humanly possible to ensure that no Jew will ever have to live through that experience and through the horror of a true terror attack. Indeed, the trembling and shaking affects of the earthquake could have been a terrorist attack. Sharon and his recent invitation to Arab terrorists must be stopped, before more innocent Jews are blown up. Our salvation will not come from Arafat. And it is not George Bush or his empty “guarantees” that guarantee the survival of Israel. Only the G-d of Israel and Jewish power will guarantee peace and security in the Holy Land.
Expel the Arabs instead so that we can restore peace and internal security. Expel the Arab enemies so that our economy can recover from the billions of dollars lost due to Arab terrorism.
One good thing has come of Sharon’s suicidal unilateral surrender plan. Nobody can call the Israeli realists “racist” anymore for advocating the expulsion of our Arab enemies. If it is kosher for Sharon to babble about expelling and displacing Jews from their homes than it is no less kosher to speak of throwing out the modern day Nazis who thrive on Jewish blood.
The earthquake has passed. The Arab time bomb is still ticking…

Satan is having his Last Dance
Rev. 12: 12 "... But for you, earth and sea, trouble is coming, because Satan has gone down to you in a rage, knowing that his days are numbered."
Few will deny that the earth is in disarray. It seems that man has lost his mind and sober reasoning power. The events of the last week is as if God is dragging mankind before the mirrors of their self dilusion and hypocricy. The Arabs with their barbaric Islamic justification over the living rights of the infidels (all non-muslims in the world), is sweeping the floor with the West with their sanctimonius moral stature. While Pres. Bush is forced to apologize to the Arabs before a Kangaroo court hosted by Arab TV stations, Islamic barbarism in this week reached a peak of unspeakable sadism, paraded on the same TV screens of the world. The West is so busy with their own hypocritical self-judgment and fault finding in their own ranks, that they fail to see the blatant Arab disregard for the very issues that they are accused of - while the Arabs continue their far more barbaric slaughter of the innocents with impunity.
The following selected extracts of commentaries will summarise the horrendous disregard of the Arabs for life, be it their own, their loved ones or infidels (and specifically the USA, Israel and Jews). Yet, Western civilization refuses to call the leaders of this barbarism to judgment while in fact, financially and militarily, supporting them.
We will np doubt be accused by these sanctimonius westerners of condoning the mental and physical humiliation of muslims which the USA and Britain are accused of. Far from it. All we ask, is that these Arab butchers and their spiritual and political leaders are treated with the same rod that the West is so willingly beating themselves with. We ask: Will they also call for Arafat and al-Zarqawi, the Iraqi terror leader, to be called before the international Kangaroo courts of TV? Will CNN, BBC and the host of other media stirrers condemn this barbarism with the same contempt as they use towards the USA and Israel and their leaders? Will the UN, the World Court and the host of other 'human rights' professors scream out against this mindless butchering of the innocents also? After all, as one US senator rightly indicated, those humiliated Iraqi prisoners were not in those jails for traffic fines or petty theft." Again, not condoning - simply asking for the same vigourous condemnation!
Why is this lacking? Why is it that most readers of this article know that there will NOT be such equal condemnation of these far worse crimes against humanity?

The Islamic Barbarians Are At The Gates Of Jerusalem

The Arabic Satellite TV station al-Jazeera shows footage of two Islamic Jihad leaders sitting at a table, speaking about the recent Israeli operation in Gaza against the terrorist infrastructure there, with the (dismembered) head of an Israeli soldier sitting in front of them on the table. (One of six Israeli soldiers killed).
Later, a video appears on an al-Qaeda-linked website showing the beheading of an American civilian in Iraq. In a grisly gesture, the executioners hold up the man's head for the camera. Then, al-Jazeera re-broadcasts this beheading scene, like the earlier scene of an Israeli soldier's head sitting on a table, throughout the Arab world. (It is al-Jazeera TV which held the Kangaroo court of Pres. Bush for the humiliation of Arab terror detainees).
Contrast this with the outrages perpetrated at the end of March in Fallujah, Iraq. The bodies of four murdered American security contractors are mutilated, then burned and displayed in public. Crowds gathered around to joyously view the dead Americans.
In Gaza Hamas terrorists excitedly displayed and played with the body parts (of the 6 killed Israeli soldiers) in front of cameras. Gazan Arabs were seen dancing in the streets with pieces of the destroyed Israeli APC and pieces of dead Israeli soldiers. In another scene, shown on Israel's Channel Two TV, a Hamas gunman on a motorcycle held a bloodied burlap bag with body parts. An armed Hamas barbarian bragged how he had human remains from the APC blast, he proceeded to pull a finger out of the bag and shouted, "This is for Sheikh Yassin, and for the rest you'll pay in liberated prisoners." Fatah - Arafat's group - Hamas, and Islamic Jihad all competed to claim responsibility for the attack.
Over five hours after news of the bombing was publicized in Israel - did the CNN Web Site mention the deaths of the six Israeli soldiers - without any mention of the Palestinians parading and mutilating the body parts. The news story was crowned by yet another misleading headline: "11 dead in Israeli operation in Gaza" - leaving the impression that all 11 were victims of Israeli aggression.
A week ago, a pregnant Israeli mother and her four young daughters were shot to death in their car on a Gazan road. First the terrorist barbarians shot at the car, then as it veered off the road, and came to a stop, they ran over to the car and at point-blank range, shot each of the occupants to death: Tali, the 8-month pregnant mother, Hila, 11, Hadar, 9, Roni, 7, and two-year-old Meirav. The murderers then continued to fire dozens of more bullets into their bodies. When mourners came to the site of the murder, for a memorial service a week later, the terrorist barbarians, one of them apparently dressed as a woman, opened fire at the hundreds of Jews who came to participate.
The Islamic barbarians are at the gates of Jerusalem, the gates of Europe, and have attacked the towers of America...
In Ramallah in 2000, two Israeli soldiers were kidnapped, beaten, stabbed countless times, had their eyes gouged out, and were literally disemboweled and dismembered by an Arab lynch mob.
The people - and I use the term loosely - who carried out the initial beatings threw one of the victims down to the waiting mob, where his face was further crushed with stones, feet, fists and even a! heavy metal window frame. One Jew was set on fire and dragged along the street as Arab onlookers danced and cheered. Some of the butchers celebrated their crimes with the victims' internal organs. One of the killers, famously captured on film, (click for visual) proudly displayed his blood-soaked hands to the cheering Ramallah crowd.
And it gets worse. In 2003, nearly two years later, Arab parents in Gaza cheered again when their little children dressed up as members of the Ramallah lynch mob, complete with hands painted blood red, for a kindergarten graduation ceremony.
According to a report by Dr. Michael Widlanski, an Israeli Arabic expert, the Voice of Palestine called the attack on the Hatuel girls "an act of heroic martyrdom".
National Review contributing editor David Frum posed the same question in his May 12 "Diary" on NRO: "Where are the imams?" he asked.
Some of "those who speak in the name of Allah," Mr. President, were busy sawing Nick Berg's head from his body in Iraq. "Allah is great!" they shouted in triumphal glee as they killed their bound and helpless victim. The imams are in the mosques, Mr. Frum, waving swords and exhorting their followers to behead a Jew: "Allah willing, we will cut off his head! Oh Jews! Allah is great! Allah is great!" They are also in Saudi Arabian palaces, telling their subjects that they are 95% certain Zionists are behind Islamic terrorism. They are also writing for the Arab media, explaining that Jews are behind all the evil in the world. And they are even organizing soccer matches, Mr. President, honoring mass murderers.
This is the enemy. Don't look away.
During the lynch of the two IDF soldiers who had taken a wrong turn into Ramallah in 2000, one of the Arab murderers paused in his savage beating to answer a cell phone belonging to one of the dying soldiers. He told the worried voice on the other end of the line, "We are killing your husband."
Europe joins the Enemy

Standing before the EU parliament in Brussels on May 16 2001, French EU parliamentarian Paul Marie Couteax made a stunning statement. After condemning Israel's actions to defend itself against Palestinian terrorism as the "theocratic excesses of this religious state," Couteax declared that Europe should supply the Arab world with nuclear weapons. In his words, "I have no hesitation in saying that we must consider giving the Arab side a large enough force, including a large enough nuclear force, to persuade Israel that it cannot simply do whatever it wants. That is the policy my country [France] pursued in the 1970s when it gave Iraq a nuclear force."
There is a Talmudic dictum that states, "One who is merciful to the cruel, will ultimately cause cruelty to the merciful."
It seems to me that we, Israelis and Americans, have proven the Talmudic sages absolutely correct. Please, no more mercy.

Journalist David Bedein Bedein lamented the fact today that "Not one U.S. news outlet reported that the PA praised, justified and glorified this week's cold-blooded murder of a pregnant woman and her four children... There are times when only the news that fits a future peace process will get printed, even as the blood flows."
"The official media outlet of the Palestinian Authority,@ Bedein wrote, "an entity with diplomatic relations with 138 nations around the world, endorses the cold- blooded murder of parents and their children. That is the same Palestinian Authority which receives direct aid from all of the western democracies, including the USA to the tune of more than 10 billion dollars in its ten years of existence. The United States taxpayer used to fund Palestinian Television also - until word got out about children's shows teaching small children to become martyrs."
Had the shooters been Israeli soldiers and the victims a Palestinian family, millions of righteously indignant protesters would have hit the streets and the airwaves calling for the capture and punishment of the murderers and, no doubt, the immediate dismantling of "the Zionist entity." They do that when a Palestinian civilian gets unintentionally caught in the crossfire. They do it when actual gunmen and terrorists are killed. They do it when fences are constructed to keep the killers out. They do it when terrorists' houses - their houses, not their families - are destroyed. They do not do it when defenseless Jewish women and children are gunned down in the street.
Notwithstanding Pres. Bush's declaration of war on terrorism, and USA citizens being killed and butchered by the Arabs in Gaza and Iraq, we read the following astounding news:

In addition to her already weighty responsibilities as President George W. Bush's chief adviser and confidante, Rice has now added a new task to her resume: chief fund-raiser for Yasser Arafat.
According to a May 3 article in The Washington Post, the Bush administration has launched a "diplomatic offensive" aimed at allaying Arab concerns regarding the president's recent embrace of Prime Minister Ariel Sharon's Gaza withdrawal plan. Among other things, the paper notes, "the administration in recent days has tried to emphasize its concern for the Palestinians."
This has included an effort to drum up financial support for the PA. "As part of the diplomatic offensive," the report says, "national security adviser Condoleezza Rice last week called some Arab countries that were behind in making payments to shore up the Palestinian Authority."
Isn't that thoughtful of her. With American casualties mounting daily in Iraq, Osama Bin-Laden still on the run, and North Korea threatening to develop more nuclear weapons, doesn't Rice have better things to do than making sure Arafat can balance his checkbook?
Indeed, Rice's telethon on behalf of the PA is particularly astonishing in light of some of the Palestinians' recent actions.
Just this past weekend the PA transferred funds to Hamas-affiliated organizations in Gaza, claiming that economic conditions in the territories were the reason for the move. But if the PA itself is truly in such need of funds that the US national security adviser must intervene, why is it showering money on Hamas terrorists?
Moreover, it is difficult to comprehend why Rice is seeking to keep the PA afloat despite all the evidence indicating that it is actively engaged in terror against Israel.
In the past three years, and particularly during Operation Defensive Shield, Israel has uncovered thousands of official PA documents – including many with Arafat's handwritten approval – proving direct PA financing of terrorist attacks and other acts of violence. Even the State Department, in its annual report released last month on "Global Patterns of Terrorism," linked the PA with terror.
According to the FBIS, PA television broadcast a Friday prayer sermon from the Zayid bin-Sultan mosque in Gaza on March 26, in which the preacher called upon Allah to "shake the land under the Zionists and the United States and its allies. O Allah, show us a black day for the Jews, the Americans, and their supporters. O Allah, avenge the blood of our martyrs."
More recently, on April 30, a Palestinian preacher again prayed for the downfall of America, telling his audience on PA television, "O Allah, support our kinfolk in Iraq. O Allah, direct the shots of the holy warriors for your sake. O Allah, shake the land under the pillars of the United States and its allies."
It has been nearly seven months now since three Americans were killed by Palestinian terrorists in an attack on a US diplomatic convoy in Gaza on October 15. Under US pressure the Palestinians eventually arrested several suspects, who then "escaped" from a Palestinian prison last month under extremely suspicious circumstances.
Last month it was reported that the US now has evidence indicating that PA Chairman Arafat personally authorized the attack in order to "convey a message" to Washington (Ma'ariv, April 14).
Based on Rice's recent telephone activity, it would seem fair to say that the message has gotten through loud and clear; for instead of shutting down all financial support to the PA, Washington is inexplicably trying to keep Arafat's lines of credit open.
